Customer Service Representatives
for a full-time position in
Pompano Beach, FL . This is a great
long-term opportunity
with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. We’re looking for dependable, professional candidates with strong communication and computer skills. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Full-time, on-site position Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support. Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management. Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications and documentation. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Clear and strong communication skills
(verbal and written). Reliable and dependable
work ethic. Must have a clear background
(background check required). Must pass an
assessment test
evaluating: Typing speed and accuracy Data entry skills Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency Previous customer service experience preferred. Assessment Requirement: All candidates must successfully complete the assessment test
