Overview
Second Team Consulting is looking for a motivated appointment setter to help generate sales calls with local service businesses (cleaners, pressure washers, roofers, landscapers, etc.). This role is
commission-based only
and best suited for someone who is comfortable cold calling businesses directly from Google listings and booking qualified meetings. You are
not closing deals , your job is to open doors and set meetings. (Although you can close as you learn)
What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling local service businesses using Google search/maps
Introducing Second Team Consulting in a clear, professional way
Qualifying interest and booking meetings directly on my calendar
Working independently with clear expectations and targets
Compensation
Commission paid per qualified meeting booked
Bonus opportunities for consistency and performance
No cap, earnings scale with effort
Residuals
