Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated and articulate Call Center Representative to join our Miami-based team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound communications while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information and assistance to clients
