What this job involves: The Global Lead, Supplier Performance Management, Contract Management, and Reporting drives excellence across JLL's supplier ecosystem supporting Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities account. This strategic leadership role shapes supplier performance standards across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You'll develop comprehensive performance management processes, lead a vendor management team, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize supply chain efficiency and operational excellence for one of JLL's most critical global partnerships. This position is also responsible for supplier risk management including contract management, handling all aspects of contract activities including new contract execution, extensions, terminations for both principal and managed agent contracts globally, supplier onboarding, and COI compliance. You will also manage sourcing reporting requirements to Amazon GREF account including global contracts database, global cost savings, supplier performance management reporting, and dashboard management.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Develop and implement comprehensive supplier performance management processes aligned with organizational goals

Collaborate with procurement, operations, and quality management teams to ensure consistent process adherence globally

Facilitate regular stakeholder communication to maintain shared understanding of performance expectations and outcomes

Managing vendor performance tasks, proactively identify and address potential supplier performance issues while developing risk mitigation strategies, including formal Corrective Action Plan management

Review and evaluate process effectiveness, implementing enhancements to drive operational excellence

Manage contracting and KPI approvals for all Managed Agent contracts globally

Manage sourcing data reporting requirements including global cost savings, global contracts, data validation and remediation

Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on performance management tools and metrics

Stay current on industry trends and emerging practices to incorporate relevant process improvements

Manage a team of 10 analysts, managers to deliver on requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field

5+ years of proven experience in supplier performance management and process management within procurement or supply chain functions

Strong understanding of supplier management principles, performance metrics, contracts administration, and industry best practices

Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify performance trends and improvement opportunities

Proficiency in supplier management software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration

Strong team management, project management skills with ability to drive initiatives and implement process changes effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline

Experience managing supplier performance across multiple global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)

Background in facilities management or real estate services supplier management

Certification in supply chain management or procurement (CPSM, CSCP, or similar)

Experience with Amazon or other large-scale corporate client environments

Advanced knowledge of performance measurement frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies

Experience developing and implementing global training and education programs

Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday, day-shift

Estimated compensation for this position: 143,600.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
