Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
Experience in delivering positive Customer Experience and ensuring ongoing Customer Engagement

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records
Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in banking or customer service are a plus
