The Transaction Coordinator (TC) is responsible for contract-to-close execution across all active deals. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and forward momentum without requiring broker oversight.
Responsibilities
Manage contracts, amendments, and addenda
Track timelines and critical dates
Coordinate signatures and compliance
Provide weekly status updates
Training Role
The TC supports the development of junior staff by modeling disciplined execution, checklist usage, and professional deal flow. Training occurs through structure and repetition, not formal instruction.
Must have extensive Real Estate Experience as well as Stellar MLS Knowledge.
