Support the sales team with estimating, design assistance, equipment sourcing, pricing, and forecasts. Deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and applications. Generate, follow up on, and qualify sales leads. Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate sales terms, and manage service agreements. Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support. Assist in product and service selection based on customer requirements. Manage customer relationships, ensure high satisfaction and address inquiries promptly. Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery. Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales opportunities, and report on sales performance. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to meet customer needs. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years experience in HVAC Sales Experience: Previous experience in the HVAC industry is preferred but not required; experience in technical sales, engineering, or related roles; professional certifications in mechanical engineering; familiarity with CAD software and other technical tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, ERP systems, and other relevant technical tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information and interact with customers and team members Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues Analytical skills to diagnose and solve technical problems Ability to identify sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers Regular interaction with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering concepts Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant’s or employee’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
