Q2 is seeking a
Senior End User Adoption Specialist
to support marketing strategy and asset development for fintech partners and financial institutions. This individual will be part of Q2’s Innovation Studio team, supporting Go-to-Market Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success programs. They will work alongside the End User Adoption Marketing Strategists to develop and deliver marketing assets, coordinate GTM plans, and establish and maintain a marketing materials library to drive marketing success and sales enablement for our customers and partners. Partner with End User Adoption Marketing Strategists to execute and coordinate marketing plans in support of end user adoption growth for our customers (financial institutions) Develop and deliver marketing assets and materials to financial institutions Drive operational efficiencies and establish new processes to scale strategic programs and customer reach Support development and management of marketing resource library and materials Maintain a campaign roadmap and coordinate with cross functional partners to ensure GTM efforts are aligned and executed on time Manage customer distribution lists and create and manage customer communications for program updates Work cross-functionally with teams across sales, partner success, development, and field marketing Support sales and marketing initiatives to achieve sales and revenue targets Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
A typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent relevant work experience. Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to interface effectively with peer managers as well as senior management Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in creative development tools, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud Skilled in utilizing and distilling insights from analytics tools, such as Pendo or Adobe Analytics Experience in supporting B2B and/or B2C sales and marketing programs Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity Experience building new processes and implementing across organizations Financial Services and enterprise software experience preferred This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
