Our Production Technicians play a crucial part in minimizing downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring that products meet high-quality standards. Their work supports the overall efficiency and success of the production process.## **Your tasks**• Constructing mechanical/controls items in an industrial facility
• Full line assembly – start/finish
• Participates in continual process improvement
• Responsible for the safe use of basic shop tools and equipment
• Responsible to keep work area clean and orderly
• Follows all quality processes and procedures as established
• Must be able to sit or stand and lift to 50 pounds infrequently
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor## **Your profile**• High School Diploma, GED, Trade Degree, or equivalent experience
• One year of basic mechanical assembly or related experience preferred
• Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lead team projects and work within team projects
• Problem-Solving – Able to investigate root cause and suggest workable solutions
• Deductive Reasoning – Ability to apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answers
• Ability to communicate effectively, present, and influence credibly at all levels
• Strong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projectsAt Bizerba it is important to us that your work-life balance is not neglected.
