
Dispatch Energy is hiring a Capital Markets Senior Analyst or Associate to support capital raising and transaction execution across our capital structure. This role sits at the intersection of project finance, capital markets, and portfolio management, with hands-on exposure to live transactions and direct interaction with internal deal teams and external counterparties. Transaction Execution Support: Support the execution of financing transactions across the company’s portfolio, including coordination of transaction documents, 3rd party diligence deliverables (appraisals, independent engineer reports, etc.), and closing checklists with internal and external teams. Prepare and manage diligence materials, including data room setup, document request tracking, Q&A coordination, and tie-outs between diligence materials, models, and transaction assumptions. Financial Modeling & Analytics: Provide analytical and modeling support for project- and portfolio-level financings, including reviewing and updating assumptions, ensuring consistency across models and transaction documents, and supporting sensitivity analyses. Capital Markets Materials: Develop fundraising materials, lender presentations, investment committee memoranda, and transaction summaries for meetings with banks, tax equity investors, and other capital providers. Buyouts, Refinancings & Capital Events: Support analysis and execution of asset-level and portfolio-level buyouts, refinancings, restructurings, and other capital optimization initiatives, including modeling of economics, timing, and counterparty impacts. Market & Policy Research: Conduct research on financing benchmarks, lender and investor appetite, tax equity structuring trends, policy developments, and counterparty landscape relevant to DG financing. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with development, M&A, engineering, legal, and asset management teams to support financing readiness and ensure alignment across workstreams. Qualifications
Required 2-4 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or project finance roles, including work at a developer, IPP, bank, consulting firm, or related institution. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field. Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of parallel workstreams. Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Excel-based financial models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience preparing materials for senior-level internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Experience with distributed generation assets such as solar PV, battery energy storage, and fuel cells. Familiarity with tax equity and tax credit transfer structures, diligence processes, and documentation. Exposure to fundraising, including lender and investor-facing processes in energy or infrastructure contexts. Experience with process automation and the use of AI tools to streamline due diligence workstreams in financing transactions. Additional Information
