Overview
Roberson & Associates Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be able to meet client needs efficiently and accurately with a solid understanding of commercial insurance principals.
Responsibilities
servicing existing customers in all aspects of policy and account management
assisting producer with the processing of new and renewal business
maintaining accurate documentation in management system
provide exceptional client service and efficient policy maintenance
Qualifications
Arkansas Property & Casualty Insurance License
3 years of Commercial Insurance Experience
Experience working in an agency management system, Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Managing Outlook email inbox
Personal Lines knowledge is a plus
