Role/Responsibilities

Participate in customer meetings and workshops to understand business problems and conceptually plan the solution and implementation strategy.

Architect the scalable solutions

aligned to the preferred technology stack, tooling, interfaces and integrations of GenAI and

Agentic AI

applications.

Lead the design and development of

AI solutions using frameworks such as

Microsoft Agent Framework – Autogen, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio and LangChain/LangGraph .

Guide / mentor in selecting and implementing the relevant

data science / machine learning algorithms

for the developers.

SDLC Best Practices : Define and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate

with customers/stakeholders on project status and deliverables.

Skills/Qualifications

Python

(scripting, data manipulation); familiarity with Python packages like

NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit Learn

etc.

Understanding of

machine learning fundamentals : supervised vs. unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP.

Design experience of

GenAI tools :

MCP Server, Agent 2 Agent Communication

leveraging

Hugging Face Transformers ,

OpenAI APIs , and

diffusion models

(for image generation).

Strong knowledge of Azure platform and PaaS services. Familiarity with Power Platform and Copilot Studio is a plus.

Experience with

AutoGen / LangGraph multi-agent patterns

and orchestration .

Knowledge of

RAG pipelines ,

vector databases , prompt optimization, and safety/guardrails.

Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure)

are a plus.

Pay and Benefits Base Pay Range Minimum: $120,000 per year

Base Pay Range Maximum: $140,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
