College of Medicine, Creative Services Responsibilities
Review and update PDFs, web pages, and other digital materials to ensure compliance with State and Federal ADA accessibility guidelines, accessibility standards, and mobile-first web design best practices. Maintain and update existing College of Medicine web pages using Drupal CMS. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive digital branding. Troubleshoot layout or functionality issues as they arise. Work proactively and communicate effectively with supervisors and stakeholders. Qualifications
Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA) and mobile-first web design. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP. Experience with Drupal (or comparable open-source content management systems). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DreamWeaver). Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a higher education or a healthcare environment. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and web analytics tools. Basic understanding of SEO and web content strategy. Contact Info
