We’re seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to support our new-build construction projects and ensure a seamless client experience from contract to closing.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact, managing all documentation, timelines, and communications to keep transactions on track through the new home building process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and has a strong background in real estate transactions.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all phases of the transaction process from lot acquisitions pre construction, contract to permitting, construction phases, finance and title coordination, pre-close walkthrough tasks and post close tasks.
Communicate regularly with clients, builders, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies to ensure timely progress.
Review, prepare, and maintain transaction documents, contracts, addendums, and disclosures with accuracy and compliance.
Schedule inspections, appraisals, and related services while monitoring key milestones and deadlines.
Anticipate and resolve issues that may delay closings, maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Keep transaction files highly organized and ensure all post-closing documentation is completed.
Stay current with state and local real estate regulations to ensure all transactions meet compliance standards. Manage other admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years of transaction coordination experience required (experience working for a builder, real estate, title, mortgage, attorney, or related).
Strong track record of successfully managing and closing real estate transactions.
In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, and procedures.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Professional communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
Proficiency in real estate software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite tools.
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
High ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality in all work.
