Data Entry Clerk

Pay Rate:

$20 – $25 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location:

Downtown Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, logging financial transactions, and assisting with special projects as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high‑volume, accurate data entry into internal systems

Log and track incoming checks and related financial information

Maintain organized and up‑to‑date electronic and physical records

Assist with special administrative projects and reporting as assigned

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all data handled

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience working with ADP systems preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Reliable, organized, and professional communication skills
