watch brand , is seeking a
Retail Sales Advisor
for their boutique in
NYC . This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role that requires flexibility to work on weekends. Job Duties Include:
Manage the customer sales process from beginning to end Buy and sell watches while adhering to company guidelines and best practices Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique. Learn the history, services/products, and partnerships of the company Greet customers and answer queries about the watches on display Negotiate prices to secure the best possible deal Handle after sales process to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience. Job Qualifications Include:
2+ years of experience in sales or hospitality preferred Expertise in working with luxury clientele Results driven, comfortable working with KPIs Knowledgeable about luxury timepieces and have a passion for horology Highly organized and can multitask when needed The description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.
