
Overview
The District Manager (DM) will be responsible for achieving client corporate and district sales objectives by hiring, leading and developing a pharmaceutical sales team within a specific geography. He/she will be accountable to maintain compliance with all IQVIA and client policies that govern field sales activity. This is a high‑impact position for a leader passionate about innovation in drug delivery and committed to improving the lives of patients and caregivers through thoughtful, differentiated therapeutic solutions. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university 5+ year of proven, documented, consistent, and successful track record in the pharmaceutical industry required 1+ year as a pharmaceutical sales manager required 2+ years as a pharmaceutical sales representative required Experience recruiting and selecting new hires required Preferred Experience
Experience in Psychiatry and Pediatrics strongly preferred Extensive travel required with majority of time working and coaching representatives in their territories May be required to work evenings and weekends as needed (conferences, programs, etc.) Must live within the current geography or willing to relocate to it Must have successful product launch experience documented with sales results and examples of company awards Knowledge, Skills, & Core Competencies

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
