The Service Representative provides timely and effective service to clients to satisfy their needs, orients and offers the products and services of Money Express and complies with applicable effectiveness measures and processes in all transactions. The Service Representative actively participates in the development and maintenance of the portfolio at a minimum level of delinquency. What you’ll do
Guarantees a high-level quality service to clients, satisfying their needs and expectations. Fills out loans applications and verifies the received information. Validates the identity of clients and timely notifies when exceptions and irregularities occur. Processes payments transactions following the applicable procedures. Processes loans to be disbursed based on the required documentation, also enters the transaction information in the system. Balances the cash register on a daily basis. Applies the internal control measures related to the cash quantity maintained in the register; refers to supervisor those transactions that require authorization. Promotes Money Express products and services and provides related orientation to clients. Answers and transfers incoming calls. Performs any other related task assigned by Supervisor. When needed
Contact clients with delayed accounts. Performs loan disbursement process when needed following the established procedures and policies. Performs clerical tasks supporting the Branch operations. What You’ll Need to Succeed
A minimum of six (6) months of working experience in a sales, customer service, or collections environment. Twenty-four (24) credits toward an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or Banking course, or High School Diploma with 2 years of related experience. Available to be transferred to other Branches within the geographical area. Competencies
Computer literate in the use of MS Office (Outlook & Word). Basic mathematical skills. Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred Sales and Customer service oriented Operation Procedure application capability Organized and able to work in teams with adequate prioritization The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
