As a critical member of our team, you will apply your research expertise to shape marketing strategies that connect people and businesses to meaningful experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and identify learning agendas that align with our business objectives.

Design and conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic planning and decision-making, impacting marketing and brand strategies, as well as campaign and product development.

Simplify complex research findings into actionable insights, providing clear recommendations.

Communicate effectively to inspire teams and encourage the application of insights across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of research experience with strong qualitative and quantitative skills in a business context to drive decision-making and identify new opportunities.

Demonstrated success in crafting insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches that align with strategic development for impactful business outcomes.

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and lead learning agendas independently.

Bachelor's degree required; an MA or PhD is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising landscape, particularly with Meta's advertising and measurement products.

Experience with marketing campaign analysis and performance measurement.

A strong track record of influencing and guiding cross-functional teams such as engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and assess marketing campaigns.

Public Compensation: $138,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
