Overview

Develop and maintain strong relationships with major retail key accounts and 2B OMIN Channel in North America. Responsible for the use of market funds, formulate product and price strategies; Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and aligning company resources to meet those needs. Assist the sales team with setup activities, including promotional displays, to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Support promotional execution by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful launches of marketing activities. Collaborate with the team to ensure pricing strategies are appropriately aligned within the O2B Omni-channel. Analyze pricing data and market trends to recommend necessary adjustments and improvements. Sales Strategy Development

Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow sales and enhance market share within national key accounts. Do a good job of regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that resonate with key accounts. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive delivery of products and services to key accounts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in key account sales or business development within the retail or consumer goods industry. Experiences in channel sales of products in 3C, home appliances, and loT industries is preferred; Have strong development capabilities, be able to independently carry out sales activities such as customer appointments, visits, and key customer esearch, have blank market development experience, and channel management experience is preferred; Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
