Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Field Adjuster who is committed to providing exceptional service while investigating and handling insurance claims. Your role will involve inspecting damages, communicating with various stakeholders, and providing accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect claims and document findings meticulously - Collaborate with desk examiners, insured individuals, attorneys, and industry experts to gather all necessary information - Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives - Compile detailed reports based on policy language and submit recommendations for payment - Prepare accurate estimates of damages - Effectively manage your workload to ensure timely submission of closing documents - Maintain reliable attendance Additional Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming inquiries from attorneys, agents, public adjusters, and insured parties - Utilize training and guidance from management in order to achieve your goals - Complete other tasks as assigned Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Possess a Florida 6-20 Insurance License or an out-of-state license as required - Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong multitasking abilities - Computer savvy with knowledge of estimating software - Basic calculator skills and understanding of ISO policies
