Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Imports Account Manager, located in Knoxville, TN. The Imports Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with international vendors and suppliers, ensuring efficient and timely procurement processes. Daily Responsibilities: Data entry for product arrival to the US. Collect Payments (Deposits for orders, remaining balance upon arrival, aging, etc.) Order Placement w/ Italy Other Responsibilities: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating logistics and shipments, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports on import activities, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Qualifications
Strong skills in Vendor Management, Supplier Relations, and Contract Negotiation Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Coordination Knowledge of International Trade Regulations and Compliance Standards Experience in Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and Market Trend Analysis Excellent Problem-Solving, Organizational, and Time-Management Skills Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for Stakeholder Interaction Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in import/export operations or a similar role is an advantage
