Utilize your knowledge of cross-functional and departmental performance drivers to lead strategic initiatives. Solve complex operational and organizational challenges while leveraging internal resources. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8-12 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will also be considered. Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred. Strong communication skills to handle sensitive information and address challenges effectively. Leadership abilities to manage and achieve departmental targets that impact overall business results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
