Responsibilities This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashua, NH, for an Inside Sales Representative. The responsibilities of this role include engaging with prospective clients, generating leads, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction, and managing accounts to ensure client needs are met. Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Proven abilities in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Skilled in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to meet sales targets
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM tools
Previous experience in insurance or a strong willingness to learn is a plus
