About the Role: Guide for Families and Older Adults:
Assist older adults through the sales journey from initial interest to their move-in. Collaborative Team Player:
Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referrals from medical, financial, and legal sectors as well as community organizations. Strategic Partner:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve community revenue and occupancy targets.
