Job Details Responsibilities
Manage multiple tax engagements, including client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits
Research and resolve complex tax compliance and technical tax issues
Provide tax planning guidance and recommendations to clients
Review tax filings, workpapers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisor
Provide leadership, supervision, and training to Tax Staff and Seniors
Ensure timely completion of returns while meeting quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant public accounting experience with a tax focus
Active CPA license required
At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, especially during peak tax seasons
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality client service
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills related to tax compliance and planning
Proficient in tax software and data analysis tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
