Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Williamsburg, VA, for an Associate Financial Representative. The Associate Financial Representative will provide operational and administrative support to their Financial Advisor, assisting with client onboarding, financial plan preparation, and the development of investment strategies. Additional responsibilities include supporting insurance policy management, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Investments or eagerness to learn and grow in this field Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage client accounts and documentation effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude to build and maintain client relationships. Experience with financial tools, software, CRM, Microsoft Suites is ideal. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site professional environment. Desire to stay on board long-term and be mutually invested in the growth and success of the firm. Requirements
Virginia Life & Health License (or must obtain upon hiring) SIE, Series 7, and 63 Investment Licenses (or willing to obtain in the first year of employment)
