Job Description: Pay Range: $60.46hr - $63.46hr Responsibilities

The IT Contract Management Analyst will manage a portfolio of technology contracts on behalf of IT leadership. This role serves as the primary interface with vendors and internal stakeholders and represents the client in day-to-day contract management activities. The analyst ensures enterprise policy compliance, financial governance, risk controls, and cost optimization across IT O&M contracts while supporting strategic planning and reporting. Manage day-to-day IT contract operations and serve as the primary liaison between vendors, IT leadership, and internal stakeholders. Implement enterprise policies, risk engagement controls, invoice compliance reviews, goods receipts, and financial approval processes. Administer strategic contract reviews with IT leaders, architects, and IT operations teams to validate O&M costs. Identify opportunities to rationalize, right-size, discontinue non-critical services, and optimize contract costs. Partner with the Sourcing Department to develop a deep understanding of contract scope, costs, terms, and conditions. Coordinate with IT PMO and IT leadership to capture incremental O&M costs at the time of contract purchase. Assist with daily contract operations and provide general IT business planning support. Prepare management reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing financial and operational data. Enter contract financial liabilities into the ATRIUM contract management tool. Support contract renewals by coordinating financial reviews and analyzing multi-year contract efficiency. Maintain annual OPEX budgets using proper accounting controls and produce recurring and ad-hoc financial reports. Monitor purchase orders, review invoices and accruals, identify discrepancies, and resolve vendor issues. Analyze actual spend and forecasts to determine change controls and escalation needs. Perform portfolio cost variance analysis and identify incorrect charges, making corrections in SAP. Lead stakeholder meetings to coordinate, document, and schedule contract changes. Capture, analyze, and present data to managers and directors to support decision making. Plan and control scope of work for contract renewals and ensure origination targets are met on schedule. Develop executive communications including dashboards, PowerPoint decks, and summary emails. Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops with cross-functional business and IT teams. Proactively follow up on issues and initiatives for senior leadership. Partner with data management and financial modeling teams to build tools and migrate reports to Power BI. Extract and analyze SAP data to create meaningful business intelligence reports and dashboards. Establish business, financial, and performance metrics with IT and functional leadership. Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Experience

5–8 years of related contract management or financial analysis experience. Skills

Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience working with SAP financial data. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills. Should Have (Desired)

Experience structuring contract agreements. Basic financial modeling or data management experience. Experience presenting to leadership and building executive PowerPoint presentations. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
