Remote Proofreader and Copy Editor (Contract)

INFUSE is seeking a meticulous Proofreader and Copy Editor to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong command of grammar rules and a passion for polishing written content, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, ensuring that all materials are free from errors in punctuation, spelling, and word usage. You will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of statements and checking for potential plagiarism. Key Responsibilities Meticulously proofread materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and adherence to brand voice. Cross-check references and data to enhance content credibility. Ensure uniformity across all output. Review and, when necessary, rewrite internal documents for clarity and consistency. Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality content. What We’re Looking For Exceptional English writing skills. Minimum of 1 year of proofreading experience. At least one year of writing experience. B2B writing experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized and efficient.
