Position Summary

The Leasing Consultant serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, supporting daily leasing, administrative, and marketing efforts. This role blends customer service, organization, and sales-focused responsibilities while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday,

9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Starting pay: Starting at$22/hour

Key Responsibilities Leasing & Customer Experience

Conduct apartment tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process

Respond to inquiries, nurture leads, and follow up on leasing opportunities

Process rental applications, assist with screening, and prepare lease documentation

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs while maintaining knowledge of availability

Maintain a courteous, professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate resident and lease records, both digital and paper

Prepare and distribute lease renewals and related notices

Document and follow up on resident service requests

Answer phones, manage correspondence, and assist with general office tasks

Support invoice processing and reporting as needed

Marketing & Outreach

Assist with executing and refreshing marketing strategies

Prepare basic marketing content, ads, and social media materials

Track advertising efforts and conduct market rent surveys

Communication & Team Coordination

Communicate resident needs, concerns, and operational updates to management

Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to resolve issues

Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing operational improvements

Additional Duties

Provide coverage for site leadership during planned or unplanned absences

Assist with cross‑trained responsibilities as needed to support operations

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in property management, sales, customer service, or administrative roles

Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent (company training provided)
