Knowledge of framing, trim, kitchen cabinets, insulation, sheetrock, taping, painting, tile, and masonry
Requirements:
Speak English (Bilingual a plus)
Have a valid S.S #
Reliable Transportation
Overtime when necessary
Clean valid Driver's License

A successful candidate should be familiar with all phases of restoration, able to work independently or with a team, troubleshoot projects, and possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Compensation is competitive and experience-dependent.
Job Duties:
Direct and collaborate with crew members
Perform tasks to meet deadlines
Create material lists and timelines
Oversee projects from start to finish
Minimum Experience and Skills:
At least 5 years of experience
Knowledge and ability to operate shop tools safely
Excellent communication skills, professional interaction with clients
Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
