Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our Rental team in helping clients find their next apartment. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering excellent service. This role involves compiling personalized apartment recommendations, coordinating showings, and maintaining consistent follow-up with clients throughout their search process.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and compile apartment recommendations tailored to client needs
Coordinate property tours with clients and internal operations team
Maintain clear, timely follow-up to support clients through their rental journey
Follow up with clients post-tour to gather feedback and ensure clients are supported throughout the decision-making process
Accompany clients on tours (When required)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Apartment Locating / Leasing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
