Remote. Reporting to the Senior Manager Actuarial Analytics the Senior Actuarial Analyst analyzes the financial performance of ACA lines of business and leads the rate development and filing efforts including competitive analysis, network analysis, risk adjustment, trend, actuarial value analysis, rate adequacy review, etc. Responsibilities
Analyze the financial performance of ACA lines of business and lead rate development and filing efforts, including competitive analysis, network analysis, risk adjustment, trend, actuarial value analysis, and rate adequacy review. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance, or a related field. Coursework/Training and Successful completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation. 5 years of Healthcare actuarial experience; Experience with writing queries in SQL or another programming language 2 years of Actuarial experience Demonstrated experience applying project management skills in data-related and financial analysis projects. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with health plan data Actuarial experience in individual or small group market Health pricing experience Salary Range by Location
