Corporate Deals Strategic Business Development Manager, WWCO Partners Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal‑level Strategy & Business Development leader to expand our engagement across our most strategic global customers. This high‑impact role will be central to growing our pan‑Amazon footprint, navigating fast‑moving international landscapes, and leading the execution of complex, high‑impact partnership deals across AWS and other Amazon business units.

Responsibilities

Lead identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of partnerships involving marketing, content, commerce, and technology.

Assess technical feasibility and economic/strategic cost‑benefit of partnership opportunities.

Lead cross‑functional teams (Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and senior management) to execute partnership agreements.

Develop and maintain best‑practice processes for partnership opportunity tracking and opportunity management.

Support Amazon’s global business teams by understanding their needs and negotiating optimum value.

Influence strategic decisions at the CEO and senior leadership level, leveraging deep market insights and global trend analysis.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross‑functional groups.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree.

Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.

Experience as a founder, executive, practice leader, or business unit owner in related segments.

Experience in strategic business development, product management, investment banking, legal, or other fields involving commercial partnership negotiations.

Experience leading cross‑functional groups to debate trade‑offs, drive alignment, and make high‑judgment decisions.

End‑to‑end deal experience, including licensing, digital media transactions, and strategic technology relationships.

Strong financial acumen; ability to analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, construct operating P&L, model deals, and articulate cost/benefit analyses.
