
Seeking a polished and experienced Property Manager to oversee leasing and property management operations for a scattered-site portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong leasing, property management, and resident relations experience, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Manage leasing activities including new leases, renewals, and resident onboarding
Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal and readiness of vacant units
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely apartment turnovers
Oversee daily operations across multiple apartment communities
Manage rent collections and delinquency follow-up
Respond to resident inquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Supervise staff under direction of the Regional Manager, including hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
Prepare reports, renewal notices, and leasing documentation
Qualifications
1-3 years of apartment leasing and/or property management experience
Experience managing or supporting multi-site residential communities preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Experience with Yardi is strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Hours may be either 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
