Tutera Senior Living & Health Care
is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. If you are dedicated and compassionate, we want you. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, reviewing, screening, referring applicants to hiring managers, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding for corporate roles. This role also sources candidates for key vacancies at the community level (clinical and non-clinical) and acts as a sprint recruiter for our long-term care and senior living communities across the nation. This role is dynamic and versatile with a wide range of responsibilities related to the recruitment function.
Responsibilities
Full life cycle recruiting for corporate and community-level roles, including sourcing, reviewing, screening, referring to hiring managers, interviewing, and onboarding support.
Source candidates for key vacancies in clinical and non-clinical roles at the community level.
Serve as a sprint recruiter for Tutera’s long-term care and senior living communities nationwide.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two or more years of corporate, full cycle recruiting experience; experience recruiting for Payroll, Accounting, IT, HR, Director, and Executive roles.
Two or more years of full cycle recruiting in a long-term care and senior living environment; experience recruiting for community-level roles including Nurses, Nurse Aides, Medication Aides/Techs, Administrators/Executive Directors, Directors and Assistant Directors of Nursing, Specialty Nurses, and Support Staff.
Experience recruiting for Regional Operations and Nursing roles (e.g., Regional Director of Operations, Regional VP of Operations, Regional MDS, Regional Nurse, Regional DON).
Strong computer skills, proficient typing, and ability to navigate web-based programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites.
Ability to train, develop, and coach others; strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team; capacity to establish cooperative working relationships; strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems; experience with iCIMS and PayCom is highly preferred.
Knowledge of CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn platforms is highly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time; overnight travel required.
