We are seeking consultants with extensive expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Security, and knowledge of Advanced Controls is a plus. Your responsibilities will include: Successfully implementing HCM Security and Advanced Controls. Identifying product gaps and collaborating with product development to address them. Contributing to internal initiatives aimed at creating accelerators and a content library. Developing innovative solutions to meet client requirements while ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Critically evaluating information from various sources, resolving conflicts, and translating high-level information into actionable details. Proactively engaging with customers, both internal and external, to gather information and deliver essential documentation (Requirements Document, Design Document, Test Scripts, etc.). Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while being actively involved in creating best practice libraries and scalable solutions. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you will need: A minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM, including recent expertise in HCM Cloud Security. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing you to connect with a diverse audience, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
