In this key position, you will lead the charge in exploring and integrating cutting-edge distributed data storage services, shaping the trajectory of OCI's AI infrastructure. You'll also collaborate closely with key customers and partners to prototype next-generation platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Build and inspire a dynamic engineering team committed to rapid innovation.

Evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies in infrastructure to enhance OCI's AI offerings.

Work alongside product and engineering teams to translate R&D insights into actionable strategies that elevate OCI's AI platform.

Initiate and manage collaborative innovation pilots with strategic customers and ecosystem partners.

Provide thought leadership on AI infrastructure trends and technologies to influence cross-functional stakeholders and OCI leadership.

Qualifications: Extensive experience in leading technical innovation teams in Data Storage, Database, and Distributed Systems.

Proven track record of successfully driving prototyping initiatives from concept to implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and influence executive and cross-functional teams.

10+ years of experience in engineering or R&D, with significant leadership in infrastructure or systems architecture.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $122,500 to $291,800, along with eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
