The Opportunity We are seeking a
Premium Financing Support Specialist
to play a critical role in supporting life insurance sales and ongoing premium financing relationships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-driven work, annual policy cycles, and collaborating closely with sales and financing partners to ensure seamless renewals and secure collateral management.
This role is
not sales-focused
— it is a key operational and client-support function that ensures policies remain properly financed and in force year after year.
Key Responsibilities
Support life insurance premium financing arrangements from issuance through annual renewal
Manage
annual premium financing renewals , including coordination of new premium payments
Work closely with lenders and internal partners to ensure
collateral requirements are met and maintained
Track policy anniversaries, renewal timelines, and financing obligations
Partner with another internal team member to monitor and secure collateral documentation
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal sales partners regarding policy and financing status
Maintain organized, accurate records related to policies, financing terms, and renewals
Proactively identify upcoming renewal needs and ensure timely execution
Ideal Background
Experience in
life insurance operations, premium financing, policy administration, or insurance brokerage support
Strong understanding of life insurance policy structures and annual renewal cycles
Familiarity with premium finance concepts, lenders, and collateral (or strong ability to learn quickly)
Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Comfortable working behind the scenes to support sales and client outcomes
