Ironhorn Enterprises is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Sales Officer to support the marketing and disposition of industrial property portfolios. This role will work closely with the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Investment Sales, assisting with transaction execution, marketing efforts, market research, and investor outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career real estate professional looking to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate investment sales. Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Investment Sales in the execution of marketing and sale efforts for industrial property portfolios Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums, marketing materials, and financial models Conduct market research and buyer analysis to support pricing, positioning, and disposition strategies Help manage investor outreach, communications, and follow-ups during active sales processes Coordinate with internal teams and external brokers to support transaction execution and due diligence Maintain organized deal pipelines, CRM records, and transaction documentation Assist with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis, brokerage, or a related role preferred (internship experience considered) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva Eagerness to learn and grow within commercial real estate investment sales Interest in industrial real estate and investment sales Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer
