Charity Coordinator

We are seeking a Charity Coordinator / Development Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day charitable initiatives and events. This role focuses on charity and customer relations, event planning, and coordination of donations, including jewelry provided for nonprofit fundraisers and special events. Responsibilities: Coordinate and support charity events, fundraisers, fashion shows, and photo shoots Manage relationships with nonprofit organizations and charitable partners Maintain accurate records of all charitable donations Work closely with internal staff to supply jewelry for events and fundraising initiatives Coordinate staff and security for events where jewelry is displayed Assist with event logistics, setup, and on-site support Support communication and outreach strategies related to charitable activities Ensure proper handling, display, and tracking of jewelry at events Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in event planning, nonprofit coordination, or development preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various teams Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities Professional demeanor and reliability, especially in event settings Event-based role with on-site responsibilities
