Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented
Real Estate Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and project support for real estate transactions from site identification through entitlements, due diligence, closing, new store openings, and current store needs. You’ll collaborate with real estate managers, prepare offer packets, store engineering and legal teams, create presentations, and maintain critical data in internal systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist with managing real estate transactions and development processes. Prepare Offer Information Packets for the legal department. Create presentations and agendas for weekly meetings. Maintain long-range real estate plans and department spreadsheets. Order title and zoning reports for each site. Process check requests and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks. Assist with Guest services requests. Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative experience in the real estate field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and OnBase preferred. Understanding of real estate transactions, title work, and contracts preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Physical Requirements: Sedentary work; primarily sitting with occasional standing and walking. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
