Sunday – Thursday 10:30PM – 7:00AM
100% onsite

The
Room Lead
supports the successful operation of production output, scheduling, and delegation of job‑specific tasks within the Packaging Group.
The Role
Will lead assigned team members and work alongside them to successfully complete clinical trial and commercial packaging jobs
Understand, interpret, and communicate organizational metrics and goals to assigned team members
Responsible for room logs and documentation
Implement 5S principles with guidance from Team Leads and Supervisors
All other duties as assigned
The Candidate
A High School diploma or GED is required
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing packaging and/or operations is highly preferred
Prior cGMP experience highly preferred
Capability of supporting peers by providing task clarification, reinforcing procedures, and helping maintain day‑to‑day operational flow
