The Role As a
Sales Manager , you’ll be responsible for driving new revenue growth. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role suited to someone who enjoys building pipelines from scratch, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value B2B deals in the payments space.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities within payments and FX
Building pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals)
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
Running discovery calls and product demos with senior stakeholders
Taking a consultative, solution-led approach across multiple decision-makers
Consistently exceeding revenue targets
Partnering with Account Management to expand existing customer relationships
What You’ll Need
5+ years of B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, or FX
Strong executive presence and confidence engaging senior decision-makers
Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
Highly organised with strong time and pipeline management skills
Self-starter mentality with resilience and curiosity
Nice to Have
An existing network of potential clients in payments or financial services
Experience opening new territories or being an early regional hire
Exposure to international or emerging market clients
A track record of exceeding targets in competitive sales environments
