Our client is looking to expand their Columbia area sales team and is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives on winning new business. is a high-energy, hunter role where you’ll prospect, build relationships, and close deals that directly impact company growth. Responsibilities
Own your territory by prospecting daily and developing new B2B sales opportunities
Consistently exceed sales quotas by selling industry-leading technology solutions and services
Build strong client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings each week
Drive the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing and implementation
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight ROI and value
Keep pipeline activity updated in CRM and review weekly with management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Hit monthly activity and revenue goals with a focus on consistent growth
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in B2B outside sales; technology sales preferred
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and relentless in pursuit of new business
Skilled at presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals
Tech-savvy with MS Office and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
CRM experience (Salesforce.com or similar) strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation
$40,000–$45,000 base salary depending on experience
Commission and bonus potential
Typically making upwards to 6 figures by year 3
