We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Regional Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts across Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions sales, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple locations within the region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including direct clients, managed services, and enterprise accounts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize account retention and growth. Collaborate with recruiting teams to align sales efforts with candidate pipelines and client needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Join Us
