CreatingQuotations,SalesOrders& Purchase Orders. Following a sales request from quotation to order fulfillment Communicating with Vendors & Customers Sourcingmaterials Answer Incoming Calls & provide P/A to customers Monitoring Oregon BreakersInfo@email as well as the position’s business email Interface with warehouse staff to find specific items & relay deadlines Qualifications
Basic understanding of sales principles & customer service practices Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Basic math skills Basic computer skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook Familiarity with inventory procedures Ability to perform under pressure & address complaintsin a timely manner Ability to manage multiple project/requests concurrently
