We are looking for a motivated
Technical Sales Specialist
to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will help grow our
precision farming business
by developing local channels and supporting our distributor network. This is a
remote role
requiring frequent travel to meet customers and dealers. If you are passionate about agricultural technology, enjoy driving, and are eager to work in a fast-growing global team, we would love to hear from you.
We welcome candidates with solid industry experience as well as motivated juniors willing to learn. Key Responsibilities
Channel Support:
Identify and contact local dealers to build sales channels; maintain good relationships with existing distributors. Sales Execution:
Handle the daily sales process, including customer visits, preparing quotations, following up on contracts, and payment coordination. Market Feedback:
Collect information on local market trends and customer feedback (dealers) to share with the R&D and sales management teams. Forecast & Reporting:
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting on business progress. Product Demo & Training:
Organize basic product training for clients to demonstrate how our precision farming tools work. Events:
Participate in industry trade shows and conferences as required. Qualifications
Language Skills:
Native/Fluent German
is a must for local communication. Fluent English is required for internal reporting. Experience:
1–5 years of experience in
agricultural machinery, farm equipment, or other industrial equipment sales
(e.g., tractors, harvesters, construction machinery, automation equipment). Junior candidates with less experience but strong motivation and quick learning ability are also welcome. Mobility:
Must hold a
valid driving license
and be willing to travel within Germany (approx. 50% travel time). Skills:
Good communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks remotely. Plus:
Experience in channel development or dealer management is a plus.
