Learn to connect small businesses with fast, flexible working capital solutions Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (no experience needed – we\'ll train you!) Qualify business owners and explain our funding options Build and manage a pipeline of clients Work closely with senior account executives and mentors to close deals and grow your income We’re Looking For

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Coachable – you\'re eager to learn and apply new strategies Confident communicator – comfortable on the phone High energy, team player, and goal-oriented Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus (but not required) What You Get
