Roles and Responsibilities
Represent SpotOn locally by offering advanced technology that helps run and grow local business owners.
Travel to client sites within the designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and onboard new merchants.
Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients.
Hit sales targets, focusing on selling software, point‑of‑sale solutions, and payment processing.
Collaborate with the Sales Support team to reach monthly sales performance goals.
Maintain client relationships in collaboration with internal support teams to ensure satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience with small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics‑oriented, need‑to‑win attitude.
Excellent cold‑calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
Proficient in Salesforce; CRM experience is a plus.
Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
Compensation and Benefits
Full‑time, W2 position with total on‑target earnings of up to $120,000–$275,000 (base salary and commission potential).
Commissions paid weekly for new accounts, bonuses for hardware and implementation, monthly production bonuses, and customer retention.
401(k) with company match; RSUs; medical, dental, vision insurance; paid vacation, 10 company holidays, sick time, and volunteer time off.
Employee Resource Groups, monthly cell phone and internet stipend, tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per calendar year.
